Compensation & Benefit: the benefit policy for our employees includes three parts - basic salary, floating wage and other benefits.
Basic salary - It is admitted that you give priority to remuneration and basic salry is a reward for your hard work and excellent performance.
Floating wage - our employees are also benefited along with FESCOL’s development. All employees are involved in the floating wage plan - performance and annual bonus.
Other benefits - We know that our business success replies on every employee’s contribution. Our benefit program will help facilitate employees to make contribution in order to ensure their concentration to work by widely meeting employees’ demands.
