VELUX from Denmark the world's largest manufacturer of roof window and accessories, VELUX China signed a contract for the design, installation and equipment of energy efficient HVAC system in green building. The project is a landmark building with Ultra-low energy consumption in China - VELUX green office facilities which employs high-performance geothermal heat pump combined total heat recovery VAV system, Geo-TABS, real-time monitoring of overall system consumption system and high sealing wall, window and door. TERAO which is a French green building engineering firm is responsible for energy model design and system planning. TRA which is an Australian project management firm is responsible for project management. The project is expected to be deliverable by the end of 2012 and will be marketed tointernational investment enterprises in China as VELUX green building pilot case.
