May 20, 2017, LangFang Hebei Province，VELUX green office building contracted by FESCOL has been completed through two-year test run. The energy consumption of building is actually only 32.0W/㎡/y which achieves and exceeds established energy-saving target 40.0 W/㎡/y target while ensuring indoor comfort.

The result is far below the annual consumption (70-80W) of common energy-efficient office building in China and fully reflects our capacity on energy-saving products and construction. The project comprehensively applies efficient energy-saving products and solutions such as TABS, GSHP, VAV and BMS. A joint effort made by VELUX - the client, TRA- the management firm, TERAO- the consulting firm and us FESCOL has finally brought good fruit. Sufficient data was collected during recent 2-year pilot run and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of P.R.China (MOHURD) has verified the building for the energy efficiency which has obtained the satisfactory result.
