October 15, 2017, FutureVision today signed a strategic agreement with Tianjin Construction Engineering Group of the Companies (TCEGC), a state-owned construction concern, offering modular HVAC and TABS for TCEGC's steel frame modular building systems.  The two firms will work closely to develop the energy-efficient building solutions for modular systems and expand the utilization.

The first demo project, a 780 square meters residential building, has been completed in September, 2017. It is the first factory built modular steel frame building in Tianjin, China by TCEGC. FutureVision's prefabricated HVAC rooftop modular and pre-embedded TABS system have been successfully integrated into the building. 

The project has been highly appreciated by Tianjin Municipal Construction and Plan Committee, the governmental agent in charge of local building code and standards, who believes the project will encourage the technology and market development.
