Q1: What is the distinction between ActivePure and conventional air purification?

A: The distinction is ‘Re-active’ purification. When microscopic oxygen and water molecules in the air enter select the purification units, they pass through the ActivePure honeycomb matrix. While inside the matrix, the molecules are transformed into friendly-yet-powerful oxidizers. When they’re released back into the air, the supercharged ActivePure molecules seek and rapidly destroy contaminants, fungi, mold, and odor-causing bacteria–even ones that try to hide in hard-to-reach cracks and crevasses.

Q2: Can ActivePure reduce Formaldehyde for my newly-decorated house?

A: Formaldehyde is one of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) and the ActivePure is able to remove Formaldehyde and other similar pollutant gases (e.g. benzene and xylene). It was even used after September 11th to help clean and purify the air inside the Pentagon.

Q3: Virus, flu and  pneumonia have a great impact on parents’ health in winter. How does the Guardian Air destroy virus and bacteria?

A: Guardian Air is significantly effective for flu and  pneumonia in winter. Because the Active-Pure Technology is proven to reduce up to 99% of surface micro-organisms and dramatically re-duce airborne contaminants and allergens.

Q4: Is the product a relief from allergy and asthma triggers of pets?

A: Guardian Air has  been tested in both university and laboratory environments, and the results are compelling. It protects your family from allergens such as pollen, dust mite and animal hairs. The product is suitable for people facing fewer bouts of asthma and allergy symptoms.

Q5: How about the effect of destroying contaminate?

A: It is generally known that typical approach to PM2.5 removing is HEPA filter. HEPA filter usually remove  fine particles with a size to 0.3μm. However the purification model of Guardi-anAir is  Active + Passive for eliminating fine particles to 0.1μm.

Q6:  Is there any consumable material? If so does it need to be replaced regularly?

A: Yes, it is composite filter whose replacing frequency is much less than the one of common air purifier. It is usually one year or above based on use.
