Tianjin, China/December 20th., 2009 FutureVision is awarded 3.15 million US dollars GSHP contract for an office building with construction area 42,000 square meters by Ziya Recycling Industrial Park of Jinhai County.
This is a 14 floors office building with a 10, 000 square meters meeting hall. FutureVision uses hybrid system to provide the building energy-efficient heating, cooling and domestic hot water. The project is expected to be completed by the middle of 2010.
Ziya Recyling Industrial Park is the largest industrial park in China for recycling industry. The office building FutureVision is doing the GSHP installation is the service center for enterprises of the park. It is believed that a successful GSHP operation will have a demonstration function for green technology using and development.
