Efficiency curve of LubiTM Solar Wall
Photo-thermal conversion efficiency of LubiTM Solar Wall can reach to 80.7% which makes it as the highest efficient product of monolithic photo thermal (Solar-Air). This advantage is demonstrated in a wide range of air flow rate: efficiency of other conventional solar wall slumps with air flow rate below 100 m3/h/m2, however the efficiency of LubiTM still maintains at 55% with air flow rate to 40 m3/h/m2.
Lubi’s high conversion efficiency enables heat supply temperature 45 ℃ higher than ambient temperature. The applications are building space heat, air-source and geothermal heat pump, industrial dry and fresh air heating.
LubiTM’s Principle and differentiation
The differentiation of LubiTM Solar Wall is effectively reducing heat loss through solar energy conversion comparing to other solar wall and solar air collector. The principle is multiple apertures on wall’s surface acting on the air through wall to obtain more energy conversion. The mechanism diagram of conversion is as below:
1.Solar ray can fast pass through LubiTM Solar Wall panels and most of them reach to the absorption carrier.
2.Solar ray through panels are effectively in contact with absorption carrier and converted to heat required by air.
3.Warm air in cavity (space between solar wall panels and building wall) is transferred into building for heating through negative pressure mechanical air supply and wall heat conduction.
4.Plenty of exterior air continuously passes through panels and is converted to warm air into building or processing facilities for ensuring panels not get too warm and minimum heat loss while warm airflow only in one direction
5.Panels in various colors can maintain high thermal efficiency.
